Who are we ?

The hotel business is a superb and totally indispensable part of the travel and tourism chain. Airlines and tour operators have had to adapt to survive, but no matter how you get to your vacation destination, accommodation is a must.

By considering only “triple A” locations in French tourist and business destinations, we create a real estate portfolio that is enhanced and maintained through rigorous operations.

Real estate is at the heart of our strategy without ignoring the value of retail. By optimizing and bringing in our management and distribution know-how, we also create value in the fund.

Our team covers the full range of skills required to successfully complete our acquisition and management of our own and third-party hotels.


Franck Manna

Entrepreneur, passionate and professional of the hotel industry, Franck Manna began his career in the Service sector where he held commercial and managerial positions in various European groups before creating his own company in Spain, DK, specialized in naturopathic products distributed throughout Europe.

In 2006, he joined the Park&Suites Group, specialized in the management and operation of hotels and apartment hotels for leisure and business.

For nearly 10 years, as General Manager and then Chairman, he worked to make this Group the French leader in the apartment-hotel market, an objective that was achieved in 2014 with the merger of Park&Suites and Appart'City with 120 3 to 4 star establishments, more than 1,000 employees and a turnover of around €190 million.

Franck Manna was also President of Suitétudes, a company with 30 student residences and a turnover of €15 million. In 2015, once this project was completed, Franck Manna founded the company HFM.

General Manager - Finance

Zakia Labroumi

With a higher education in accounting and business management, Zakia Labroumi benefits from a long experience that started in the industrial branch of a large pharmaceutical group listed on the stock exchange, an experience that spans twelve years where she evolved from an accountant to the position of accounting manager.

At the end of 2006, after three years working in an accounting firm, Zakia Labroumi joined the leader of all-inclusive vacations, Club Méditerranée, as a village manager at a time when the latter was reviewing its marketing strategy and deciding to move upmarket in its services.

In 2009, Zakia Labroumi joined the Park&Suites Group, today the N°1 3 to 4 star aparthotel in France, as Administrative & Financial Manager. She manages a team of 20 accountants in charge of the accounts of 120 aparthotels generating more than 190 M€ of annual turnover.

During her experiences, she has been successfully confronted with various development and restructuring projects such as mergers and acquisitions, universal transfer of assets, or the purchase of one or several hotels with different financing methods.

Passionate about numbers and attracted by the novelty offered by the HFM Group concept, she decided in 2016 to join the team for new challenges.

General Manager - Operations & Catering

Guillaume Girou

With 20 years of experience in the hotel and restaurant sector, Guillaume Girou is a recognized expert in our sector of activity.

In 2003, after 4 years of experience in catering, his recognized qualities in management and marketing of services propelled him to the post of deputy manager of a 4-star hotel with 100 rooms with restaurant and seminars, then to that of Director in 2006.

It is therefore natural that Guillaume Girou is entrusted with the position of Regional Director Grand-Ouest, Ouest and Paris within the Park&Suites Group, which specializes in the management of Apart-Hotels and hotels from 3 to 4 stars. Between 2008 and 2016, he thus took on the direct management of 19 3 and 4 star Apart-Hotels, with restaurants, in the cities of Toulouse, Bordeaux, Paris and Nantes.

Experienced in online and offline distribution, he also masters distribution and the specificities of the leisure and business markets very well.

In 2017, he joined Franck Manna and took over the management of the L'Initial hotel, 4 stars in Toulouse, then the Deauville hotel in July 2019 and Rocamadour in 2020.

Design & Planning

Esther Manna

Esther Fernandez Galvan has an international business background and has built her professional experience in multinational companies based in Canada, United States, Spain and France. Her areas of expertise include Marketing, Business and Administrative Project Management.

Esther has held the positions of Marketing Director for an international timeshare agency in Spain, then Production Director for SmartTalk Telecommunications Canada. Marketing Brand Manager at AT&T Ohio, USA, and in France, she manages a customer portfolio for Vorwerk.

Thanks to her experience abroad, Esther is multilingual, and has a perfect command of French, Spanish, English, Greek and Italian, both spoken and written. Esther decided to join Franck Manna in 2018.
